Nicole is an associate with Duboff Edwards Schachter practising in the advocacy department. Her practice focuses on labour and employment law, administrative law, and general commercial litigation, including collection and recovery proceedings.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba, where she received scholarships for academic excellence and an award for the highest standing in the course Advanced Legal Research. She also participated in exchange programs in Australia, Israel, and at the University of Oxford.

Nicole has assisted with and appeared before all levels of court and tribunals in Manitoba, including the Residential Tenancies Branch, the Small Claims Court, the Court of King’s Bench, the Court of Appeal, the Manitoba Labour Board, and other administrative and regulatory bodies.
