Mark has a corporate and commercial law practice with a particular emphasis in agri-business law. He advises clients on a range of matters including incorporation, buying and selling businesses, real estate and farm land, agricultural leases and agreements, financing and taxation.
Mark obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of London, graduating with First-Class Honours in 2014. Prior to law school, Mark obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree from the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba (2008) and worked in the information technology sector in Toronto.
Mark is dedicated to community service and has volunteered for various organizations throughout his life. Recently Mark co-founded “The Shinny Project” which helps inner-city schools and community clubs give local children an opportunity to play hockey by providing equipment and coaching. The Shinny Project is sponsored by the NHL Players Association.
