Beth practices in the area of corporate and commercial law, advising private corporations, shareholders and non-profits on corporate structuring, commercial real estate and leasing, acquisitions and financing and organizational governance.

Beth became an associate at Duboff Edwards Schachter after her call to the Manitoba Bar in June 2016. She graduated in first place with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The University of London in June 2014. Prior to law, she worked as an editor after graduating from Ryerson University’s School of Journalism.

Beth serves as an executive on the board of SAM Management Inc., a non-profit social housing corporation. She also teaches Business Law in the Financial Management program at the University of Winnipeg.
